The Opportunity
The Campus Manager is a pivotal leadership role at BROWNS, responsible for the effective management and coordination of the student body and daily campus operations. This role requires not only academic and regulatory oversight, but also a commercial approach to running a school, ensuring responsiveness to stakeholder needs, and fostering a culture of excellence.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make sound decisions independently, and ensures BROWNS remains agile, innovative, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Campus Management: Oversee all aspects of Gold Coast campus operations, driving both academic quality and commercial performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, staff, and external partners, ensuring responsiveness and attention to individual needs.
Commercial & Strategic Focus: Apply a business-minded approach to managing resources, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Academic Oversight: Support curriculum development and academic operations in collaboration with the Academic Management Team.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations meet ELICOS regulations, accreditation standards, and organisational policies.
Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve their best, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Proven leadership experience in the ELICOS or broader education sector in Australia.
* Demonstrated ability to combine academic leadership with a commercial mindset.
* Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* High-level organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a record of making sound, independent decisions.
* Valid Blue Card (QLD Working With Children Check).
* Full working rights in Australia.
