Executive Assistant role at icare NSW
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in empowering General Managers to effectively deliver on their responsibilities and goals by working closely with senior leaders and the Executive Assistant Network to enable operational and administrative effectiveness.

Duties
Effective diary management including screening meeting requests from internal and external stakeholders, negotiating scheduling times and resolving diary clashes.
Light inbox monitoring to support informed decision-making and planning, including notification of urgent emails and time-sensitive priorities.
Provide onboarding and off-boarding logistical support for the General Manager's direct report team members.
Manage information and coordinate follow-up action with discretion, initiative and confidentiality.
Administer operations support including booking travel, coordinating approvals, itineraries and payment.
Provide event management support for the General Manager's direct report team, coordinating logistics, catering, venue and tech equipment.
Process procurement activities – payment of invoices and creation of purchase requisitions as appropriate for the General Manager.
Manage purchases via Purchase Card, completing the reconciliation process.
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and Assistant Network community to share knowledge and drive efficiencies.
Support the General Manager's team with project-related tasks as required in alignment with development goals.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Strong experience in commercial insurance and operating within a regulatory environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
Broad experience in executive support in a corporate environment.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to prioritise on behalf of senior leaders.
Ability to manage stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks across the business.
