About the Role
This position plays a vital part in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all guest requests related to Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all guest requests and ensure they are met with a smile.
* Maintain a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests' needs and expectations.
* Operate the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
* Provide luggage services, room guests during arrival and farewell, and act as a runner for any guest requests.
* Assist in driving the Whatever/Whenever culture for all guests.
* Support Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor to ensure all guests' needs and information prior, during, and post-stay.
What You'll Need:

* Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
