Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator based in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating support services, developing service plans, and liaising with participants and their families. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and working closely with team members to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Experience in support services coordination and service plan development
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Organizational and time management skills
- Relevant qualification or experience in social work, community services, or a related field
- Prior experience with the NDIS and working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
