What You'll Do
* Represent WSP professionally and collaborate across disciplines to achieve project success.
* Coordinate design and documentation with engineering and drafting teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Undertake assigned project work, including 2D and 3D CAD design, adhering to technical and commercial standards.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, embracing a team-focused approach.
* Support projects from feasibility studies through to detailed CAD design across multiple sectors.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of CAD technical standards and workflows.
About You
* Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Proven 4+ years' experience in civil design and drafting for water infrastructure, utilities, and other civil engineering works.
* Practical expertise with AutoCAD and 12D (essential).
* Previous experience in water, mining, or industrial infrastructure is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with point cloud survey and EDMS is an advantage.
