About the opportunity As our Retail Postage Sorter, you'll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you'd expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to.
Pay rate: $27.04/hour, increasing to $28.91/hour after approximately 3 months, + 12% Superannuation Extensive, supportive training: Up to 12 weeks on commencement Roster: Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 10:30 am, additional hours may become available in busy periods You'll be: Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance About you You're friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working both in a team and independently. You're motivated to make a difference in your community. You should also:
