Overview

Role Summary
As a Customer Field Technician, you will work independently to complete a variety of tasks across different nbn technologies. Your day-to-day work includes installations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting customers in their homes or businesses. Working hours are between 7am and 7pm, with flexibility based on business needs. You will receive full training, all required tools, and ongoing support so you feel confident and set up for success.
