About the Role
As a dynamic business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of our consumer lending portfolio. This field-based position requires identifying, acquiring, and managing new broker accounts while strengthening relationships with aggregator partners.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to enhance market share and customer loyalty, actively promoting our automotive and personal loan products, and staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
You will represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as the face of our business, collaborate closely with relationship managers, and provide ongoing training and support to brokers.
