Responsibilities
* Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
* Communicating vehicle progress and repair details
* Providing accurate cost estimates and explanations of work performed
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Liaising between customers and the workshop
* Creating repair orders that accurately detail customers service and repair requirements
* Meet and maintain Hornsby BMW & BMW KPI's

Skills and experience
* A passion for customer service and drive to exceed customer expectations
* Excellent IT and organisational skills
* Be well personally presented as well as professional in your communication
* Be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong ability to build rapport
* Main dealer experience in a similar role is very favourable
* Sales experience or customer complaints resolution experience is a benefit
