**Salary**: up to $90,000 inclusive of super

**About the job**:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the CFO and CSO
- Manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Other duties as assigned
**About You**:
- 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant/ Personal Assistant or similar role with excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Baseline clearance is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
