We're looking for motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for agents who genuinely love property, value strong local connections and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in buying and selling residential, lifestyle, and acreage properties
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and clear communication
* Conduct property appraisals and coordinate inspections/showings
* Develop and execute tailored property marketing strategies to drive successful sales
* Provide expert real estate advice and market insights to clients
* Contribute to the growth and reputation of Homes & Acreage
Qualifications & Skills:
* Valid Real Estate License
* Proven experience in real estate sales
* Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
* Knowledge of real property laws, contracts, and local market trends
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with the Mornington Peninsula, Bass Coast, and Yarra Valley regions is advantageous
* Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
