* Designing and implementing audience surveys to gather valuable insights.
* Supporting data-informed marketing initiatives across the funnel, identifying cross-promotional opportunities.
* Managing and mentoring a team of marketers, prioritising workload and balancing long-term business objectives with immediate needs.
* Overseeing and evolving dashboards, reports, and tools for stakeholders to self-serve key audience data.
* Improving data literacy across the organisation through workshops, training, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
