What You'll Do
* Use your previous barista experience to deliver premium coffee and train the team to ensure every cup meets our high standards
* Supervise the team while fostering a culture of fantastic service and high-impact display cabinets
* Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate all rostered breaks for seamless service
* Champion a strict culture of food safety, RSA requirements, and general workplace compliance at all times
* Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customers to resolve any issues with efficiency and poise
Skills and Experiences:
About You
* Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a current Driver's Licence with a reliable vehicle
* Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications are highly desired for this position
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium retail coffee experience
* Full flexibility to work a rotation of morning and night shifts with essential weekend work
