Client Relations Associate Melbourne Salary $180k to $200k plus super About the company Our client is a well established workplace strategy and design consultancy with a strong reputation across the Design and Construction sector. They partner with organisations to deliver tailored workplace solutions that support culture, productivity and long term growth. With continued demand and a growing pipeline of projects, they are now looking to appoint a Client Relations Associate to join their Melbourne team on a permanent full time basis. About the role This position sits at the point where opportunity converts into outcome. The Business Development team is responsible for generating and qualifying new client relationships. From the handover stage, the Client Relations Associate takes ownership of the relationship and guides the client through to signed contract. This is a highly consultative role that requires strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills. You will be responsible for building trust, addressing client concerns and ensuring a seamless journey from proposal through to commitment. While the focus is on conversion and relationship management, there may be times where additional support to the Business Development team is required, particularly during quieter periods. This role is based in Melbourne. Sydney-based candidates who are willing to travel as required may also be considered. Key responsibilities - Manage and nurture client relationships from Business Development handover through to contract execution - Lead client conversations and presentations to support the decision making process - Guide clients through proposals and help convert opportunities into signed agreements - Understand client needs and align workplace strategy and design solutions to meet their objectives - Proactively identify and resolve concerns or challenges to keep clients progressing toward contract sign off - Collaborate closely with Business Development, design and delivery teams to ensure a consistent client experience - Provide support to Business Development activities when capacity allows About you - Previous experience within the Design and Construction industry is essential - Strong background in a client facing, consultative sales or relationship management role - Confident presenter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Commercially astute with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into value driven solutions - A proactive problem solver who can respond quickly and effectively to client challenges - Experience selling services, solutions or design led outcomes will be highly regarded What is on offer - Permanent full time position with long term growth opportunity - Strong base salary with incentive structure - Opportunity to join a respected and collaborative team - Comprehensive handover period with the current incumbent prior to maternity leave To apply Please send your updated resume to georgina.laki@acrworld.com.
