Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $76,600 per year This is an immediate start position We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Amalfi Pizza & Pasta Wilsonton, Toowoomba City QLD ****, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
The ideal candidate will motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals, devise business strategies, and uphold operational and organizational standards.
Responsibilities include recruitment, training of new staff, and various administrative tasks, such as monitoring inventory levels.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Objectives of this role: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
Oversee day-to-day operations, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store efficiency.
Create a clean and safe store environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Set a strong example for mid-level managers and store associates to follow.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, presenting findings to company management.
Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, offering clear feedback and constructive criticism to aid staff improvement.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items as required.
Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process.
Arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
Undertake financial planning tasks, including managing the store budget.
Skills and qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Superb organizational and time management skills.
Powerful leadership skills with an empathetic approach to management and the ability to make important decisions.
Education and Experience: 1+ years of experience in a retail store, preferably in a managerial position.
Understanding and application of optimal approaches in business development.
In-depth knowledge of financial planning and store management.
Diploma of Business/Diploma of Retail Management.
