Manager, People Role Summary
This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources management and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage P&C priorities and deliverables to the Retail organization.
* Develop and implement hiring, development, and engagement strategies for the P&C Retail team.
* Provide insights and feedback to internal stakeholders, including Center of Excellence (CoEs) and Retail Leaders.
* Act as a key intermediary between business and P&C teams, translating business strategy into P&C initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business (Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology).
* At least 8 years of working experience as a manager in a full spectrum of human resources capacity.
* Strong business acumen and knowledge of local employment law.
* Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
* Coaching and developing team capabilities; trusted partner with skills to support leaders to lead from clarity.
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and program execution and change management skills.
* Consulting and collaboration skills – skilled at consulting with wide variety of partner types and navigating uncharted territory.
