About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Representative to join one of our clients. This role is the on-site point of contact for facilities management and ensures smooth delivery of office-based services such as maintenance and cleaning through external providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage facilities processes and procedures in the local office.
* Provide timely first-level support for facilities-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships through proactive customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong version control.
* Contribute to property team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
About You
* Experience delivering support services in a dynamic work environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, proactive approach.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
