Sample Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sample Support Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality handmade samples used by sales representatives, builders, architects, and interior designers. From simple topcoat finishes to complex display pieces using micro cement or Venetian plaster, your work will directly support the development of innovative products.
This is a physical and fast-paced role that requires standing, painting, rendering, and crafting materials by hand. You will also manage multiple requests and tasks at once, making organizational skills and multitasking key to success.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills. With regular support and on-the-job training provided, this is a great opportunity for someone to grow in a unique and rewarding environment.
* Create handmade product samples to support product development and marketing efforts.
* Produce high-quality displays and sample finishes as required.
* Conduct in-house application trials on new, existing, or modified products.
* Manage the storage, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and product samples.
