This role is intentionally designed for someone not coming from another recruitment agency. We are looking to mould and develop a high-potential operator with strong communication skills, discipline, and commercial awareness, rather than inherit habits from other firms.

This is a client-facing and candidate-facing role, suited to someone with presence, confidence, and the ability to command a room, whether on the phone, in interviews, or in live professional conversations.

As a Candidate Manager, you will own the end-to-end candidate journey across live recruitment assignments, ensuring candidates progress efficiently, professionally, and in line with premium service standards.

This is a structured, professional role focused on delivery, accountability, and long-term development. You are accountable for candidate flow, communication, and outcomes, not just activity.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

* Owning end-to-end candidate delivery across assigned recruitment assignments under consultant oversight.
* Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments.
* Managing candidate progression across all interview, offer, and feedback stages.
* Coordinating interviews and managing calendars to tight timeframes.
* Maintaining consistent, professional communication with all active and passive candidates.
* Identifying stalled roles or risks early and implementing corrective action.
* Ensuring candidate experience reflects a premium service standard.
* Maintaining accurate, compliant candidate records within recruitment systems.
* Ensuring all General Registration (Gen Reg) files are complete, compliant, and current.
* Preparing and submitting delivery updates and progress reporting as required.
* Coordinating closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and delivery efficiency.
