Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level technical claims support, training, and coaching
* Perform quality assurance activities to maintain high professional standards and service excellence
* Identify improvement opportunities within the team and contribute to related projects and programs
About You:

* 5+ years of experience in superannuation and life insurance claims administration
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Claims position
* Demonstrated technical proficiency in assessing all types of life claims
