Due to growth, they require a body corporate manager to take over a small local tidy portfolio. With training provided this would be a great opportunity for an assistant wanting to take the next step! In this role working only
**Monday - Friday.**

**The Position, but not limited to**:
- Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Periodic inspections
**The Criteria**:
- 1-2 years experience in a Junior Strata / Portfolio Assistant Role
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
- Have excellent time management skills
