We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Orthoptist to work closely with a busy Ophthalmologist once a week in the Sunbury area.
Clinical Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Initial/follow up assessment and testing of general ophthalmic conditions
- Working alongside the Clinician to help manage their patient load
- Assisting in Imaging Department
- Assisting in minor procedures such as intravitreal injections
- Assisting in ordering of supplies & items required for consultation
Applicants should ideally possess:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Orthoptics
- Registered member with the AOB
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Orthoptic assessments and the provision of services
- Ability to work across all eye specialties
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
