**The Position**
- Supporting the Senior Property Manager on a portfolio based around Coogee, Fremantle, Yangebup & Applecross
- No routines or PCR's (outsourced)
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional A/H's leasing (rare but time off in lieu) - incredibly flexible office
**The Criteria**
- Previous experience as an Assistant PM or Leasing Agent, or you may be a Real Estate administrator with the right attitude that is wanting to step up
- Current PM Registration, drivers license
- Desire to become a property manager or business development manager down the track
- IT savy to navigate yourself around systems & streamline processes
