EXPERIENCED ESTIMATOR WANTED
Position: Full time + Overtime if wanted.
Wages: Negotiable on Experience and Ability.

East Coast Kitchens is a family-owned and operated business established in 2012, now grown to a team of 17 local employees and contractors. We service a large number of builders and work with private clients on their renovations. Our pipeline of work keeps us busy all year round, generally booked out 6 months in advance.
We are predominantly looking for an Office Based Estimator.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for builders & renovation projects, based on client requirements and specifications.
2. Analyse and interpret project plans and specifications.
3. Prepare proposals and contract documentation.
4. Coordinate with other departments, such as Production, Setout, and Factory, to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Provide technical support to clients and contractors.
6. Maintain accurate records of project estimates and related documentation.
7. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
8. Be a team player, communicate effectively, and work alongside our production team to meet project deadlines.
9. Meet with clients and builders.
10. Cabinet Vision experience is a major advantage.
