The Cotton Club is a well appointed restaurant, bar and function room on the ground level of the world famous Woolshed. This position offers a great work life balance and suits a Sous Chef with a passion for creating great meals within a balanced and profitable menu. We have strong financial reporting and budgeting and the successful candidate is expected to achieve and better these goals.
This is a small team consisting of Head Chef,Sous Chef, Apprentice and Kitchen Hand(s) as required, so it is essential all members are reliable, resilient and have a strong hands on work ethic. This is a critical leadership position within our business requiring a team player with great interpersonal skills.
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to establish themselves as a quality Head Chef.
· Have a minimum of Cert III in Cookery & Food Safety Supervision Certificate
· Able to work unsupervised and calmly in a fast-paced environment
· Have full work rights
· Min 2 years’ experience in similar role
Must be able to work Wednesday- Sunday Roster
