We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who's equal parts personable, ambitious, organised, and passionate about the digital world – from influencer marketing to content creation, to big-picture brand partnerships and events. You'll play a key role in driving our new business opportunities, as our services and client roster continues to grow.

TL;DR – Brands have big goals. We know how to achieve them. You'll be the closer who proves we can, and builds the connections to get us there.

About Sticki

Sticki is a fast-growing agency that's quickly become brands' favourite one-stop shop for all things creators & content – influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), photography, events and activations, paid ad creatives & more.

These opportunities are only growing rapidly, and we need a dedicated person to manage our new business partnerships with top brands.

Household brands and international names alike have trusted us with their content strategies for almost three years now – including Hinge, Hairhouse, Bega, UniLodge, Bondi Sands, Lyka, VEGEMITE, Uniting Op Shops, Godiva, Nike Melbourne Marathon, the list goes on…

We also have a sister-agency, DataSauce, that's a full-service Performance Marketing agency, specialising in high-performing data-driven strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, Design, CRM, CRO, Analytics, and heaps more. Together, both agencies cover just about everything brands need in digital marketing. You'll be working across the Sticki side of the business, but DataSauce will sit under the same roof, with frequent cross-agency brainstorms and shared accounts.


What we're looking for

At Sticki, team dynamics are everything. Not in a Mean Girls "you can't SIT with us" type of way, but in a collaborative culture with quick comms and good energy. Being on top of what's trending is important. This is marketing, after all. Ideally, you aren't afraid of a busy Google Calendar. In this role, you'll juggle conversations across industries, clients, talent agencies, and more, so adaptability and people-skills are essential. With your personality, organisation, and curiosity, you'll be talking to just about everyone.

Role responsibilities

* New Business: Manage leads and prospects through Sticki's workflow funnel, ensuring proposals and strategies are delivered on time and at a high standard.
* Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring processes and agreements are squared away, with everyone transparently on the same page.
* Sales Support: Contribute to strategies and proposals alongside senior leadership, innovating ways to level up as an agency.
* Marketing: Play an active role in Sticki's marketing activities and help amplify the agency brand. Keep our bank of case studies, content portfolio and industry resources sharp, ready to support pitches.
* Campaign Sharpness: Stay close to the work by contributing to campaigns and familiarising yourself with our tools, processes and strategies, so your pitch game is always backed by first-hand understanding.
* Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with client partners and stakeholders, including initial kick-off calls, pitches and negotiations. A network of connections is a major plus.
* Project Oversight & Communication: Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is delivered.
* Agency Workflow & Planning: Contribute to our agency workflow via daily tasks, commit to the operational infrastructure, and provide an influential voice in shaping Sticki's approach to content and partnerships.

* Organised: Strong pipeline and project-management capabilities to handle deadlines, budgets, KPIs, contracts, and multiple stakeholders.
* Commercially-Minded: Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into signed partnerships; persuasive and quick-thinking in discussions.
* Marketing Obsessed: Interest or experience in content creation, UGC, events, influencer marketing, and digital partnerships, with willingness to contribute ideas.
* Storyteller: Strong verbal and written communication; able to craft case studies, pitches, and proposals that win business.
* Problem-Solving: Strategic, analytical, and meticulous; comfortable handling large budgets and complex campaigns.
* Good Energy: Bring energy that elevates the team and engages clients, with a collaborative spirit.
