YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to the HEAD senior personal injury team leader lawyer, you will love the variety + immense satisfaction assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :
* Workers Compensation/Work injury damages ;
* Public Liability ; and
* Institutional/child sex abuse claims .
You will be actively involved in clients' cases. Specifically, you will be:
* Liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel, filing/general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student not due to get admitted for at least 2 years+;
* can work FULL-TIME;
* have minimum 1 year OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
* have had some workers compensation/work injury damages experience (essential) + preferably other areas of personal injury law eg public liability, abuse law(not essential) ;
* have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* are highly organized and can meet deadlines ;
* can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
