Salary: Up to $60,000 + Super (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need To Succeed
* Friendly, polished, and professional with excellent communication skills
* Proven experience in administration, reception, or office support roles
* Confident working across departments and managing varied priorities
* Comfortable learning new systems quickly and navigating a fast-paced environment
* Strong typing skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail
* Team player who brings initiative, reliability, and a can-do attitude
Key responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and manage guest sign-in processes professionally
* Support sales, service, rental, and admin teams with general office assistance
* Answer incoming calls nationally as part of the shared reception team
* Handle general reception admin including printing, attendance registers, stationery orders, and timesheet collation for payroll
* Maintain a tidy, organised front-of-house space and ensure smooth daily operations
