Job Title: Mechanical Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing technical support and supervision to students in the Industrial Technology and Design (ITD) Workshop.
About the Role:
* Provide hands-on training and guidance to students on the safe operation of machinery and equipment.
* Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of workshop facilities and tools.
* Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
* Collaborate with instructors to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise student use of machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to workshop operations, including safety protocols and procedural manuals.
* Coordinate with instructors to develop and deliver training programs for students.
