With an incredible track‐record across NSW, our client is an Australian founded and operated project marketing firm with strong expertise in large estates & communities development. They support developers with everything from site and lot configuration to meet market demands, through to marketing strategy, database management and selling / managing to completion.
The Role
This is a new role that has been created to support the Director with marketing / product pricing strategy, and then selling across a variety of sites. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will be able to sell across any of the sites that they manage including the Central Coast and Hunter Valley.
* Attend developer meetings and support with strategic input
* Take all initial enquiries and register EOI's
* Proactively reach out to past enquiries
* Suggest communication strategies to promote exciting progress on site
* Providing a higher than average level of customer support to inbound enquiries
* Understanding and assessing purchasers needs & providing suitable solutions
* Negotiating and selling apartments, as well as land, spec homes and house & land packages
About You
* You will be an experienced Project Sales Executive with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
* You will be proactive and a strong networker
* Strong local knowledge of Lake Macquarie, Newcastle or the Central Coast
