Position overview * Employment Type: Full time (80 hours per fortnight), Fixed term parental leave position * Fixed term dates: Commencing 15 June 2026 ending 13 June 2027 * Location: Warrnambool Campus * Classification: Dietitian Grade 2 * Salary Range: $94,478.80 - $106,906.80 pro rata, plus superannuation About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Dietitian to join our team. Working in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment, this role focuses on providing effective and efficient evidence-based Nutrition services to patients. The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to; accurately assessing and implementing appropriate clinical management for patients, prioritising and managing a caseload effectively, supervision of Grade 1 Dietitians, and student Dietitians, participation in policy review and maintaining data and records. The workload includes Inpatient services, and Community and Outpatient services on a rotational basis. Experience with paediatrics will be highly favourable. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to participate in team and department meetings, training, continuing education, committees and quality programs. This position offers an opportunity for growth and the development in leadership, innovation and dietetic clinical skills.
