About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex industrial demolition and decommissioning projects across multiple sites. This hands-on role will suit someone with a background in heavy industry and a strong understanding of demolition methodologies, general civils, safety compliance, and large-scale project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of Civil & demolition projects, from planning through to completion Oversee site mobilisation, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination Ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Lead teams across multiple sites, providing direction and support Engage with stakeholders and provide regular reporting on progress and risks Skills & Experience Proven experience managing complex Civil Works, industrial demolition or decommissioning projects Strong understanding of structural demolition sequencing, temporary works, and high-risk activities Excellent project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills Demonstrated ability to manage diverse project teams in fast-paced environments Familiarity with safety-critical project execution and regulatory compliance Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred) Competency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Current driver's licence and ability to travel nationally What's on Offer Competitive remuneration package, including vehicle and necessary project tools The autonomy to own your projects from start to finish A supportive leadership team and a professional crew that shares your passion for excellence The opportunity to work on technically challenging, career-defining industrial projects A strong company culture that values its people and invests in your growth In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
