Overview
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers - responding to enquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service and drive sales success.
Key responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Manage the sales phone queue and triage requests to the right team
Process orders for additional licenses accurately and efficiently
Support the sales team with CRM updates, reports, and admin tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
