We are looking for a talented and empathetic Podiatrist who is dedicated to assisting patients in overcoming foot and lower limb issues by providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and continuous care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' foot health, including biomechanical assessments and gait analysis.
Create customized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing a variety of interventions such as orthotics, footwear recommendations, and exercise regimens.
Execute routine foot care procedures, encompassing nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
Provide education to patients on foot health, preventive care techniques, and self‑management strategies.
Ensure the accuracy and detail of patient records are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution
Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia or eligible to apply
Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in podiatric care
