Job Title: Support Worker - Nowra
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care to clients in the Nowra region.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, providing manual handling support, and administering medication. You will also work closely with clients to develop individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.
* Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
* Provide manual handling support for transfers, mobility assistance and personal care
* Absorb client medication as per an individual's NDIS plan or other recognised health documentation where required
