Job Summary
\

* We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our grinding team in the minerals area of our business.
\
\
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, commercial aspects of contracts, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance, scope management, project planning, cost control, project reporting, and quality assurance.
\
Key Responsibilities
\
\
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
\
* Contract Commercial Management: Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting and margin control.
\
* HSE Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
\
* Scope Management: Manage project scope, including interfaces with other teams.
\
* Project Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects, including financial, resource allocation, construction, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
\
* Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, including forecasting and estimating.
\
* Project Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
\
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
\

Requirements
\
\
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC/M project management in mining and minerals processing, preferably with international exposure.
\
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure, collaborating with diverse teams within a multinational environment.
\
* Strong strategic thinking skills.
\
* Demonstrated reliability and commitment to meeting project goals.
\
* Understanding of customer needs and expectations.
\
* Learning agility, including proficiency in software platforms such as SAP, Enovia, MS Office suite, and AutoCAD.
\
* Effective leadership and teamwork skills.
\
