Job Overview
This role involves assisting with routine inspections, lease administration, tenant communications, and various operational tasks to ensure smooth property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine property inspections and document findings.
2. Assist in organising and conducting open home inspections for prospective tenants.
3. Prepare notices to tenants in accordance with legal requirements.
4. Generate lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Assist in preparing rental advertisements and posting listings online.
6. Assist with processing and tracking company credit card claims.
7. Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth documentation.
Requirements:
* Agent's Representative Certificate
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred but not required)
* Mandarin speaking is advantageous
