Job Title: Health and Safety Champion
The Health and Safety Coordinator will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Health and Safety systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Development: Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety systems that meet legal standards.
* Training and Support: Provide training on incident investigations and legally required Health & Safety documentation.
* Advice and Guidance: Offer advice and support in implementing Health and Safety Systems, Procedures, and Policies.
* Initiative Development: Develop and implement health and safety initiatives across the site to improve processes and performance.
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for ensuring a safe working environment.
