About the Role
* Provide management and administration of a quality assurance program, reporting on performance across the Maintenance Response Centre (MRC).
* Support the ambition to deliver high level assistance, support and advice to Regional Directors and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Quality Assurance
* Manage the customer experience and quality assurance function, performance and staff of the MRC to achieve successful business outcomes.
* Provide leadership to the supervisory team within the MRC including establishing key performance indicators to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Administrative Support and Business Improvement
* Coordinate and manage administrative support activities such as workforce planning and management to provide a responsive service.
* Coordinate the implementation of business initiatives including resolving implementation issues.
