**Company**
This leading Financial Services firm has an excellent reputation and very strong brand name. Their support team are currently growing, and they need a talented Deskside Support person to join their team.
**The role**
Working in this experienced team you will be involved in both BAU and project work. You'll be heavily involved in both SCCM and Intune work and you will eventually work on a major migration.
Day-to-day tasks are wide and varied and will see you support customers at all levels of the company and right across Australia.
**In return for this great role, you will need**:
- Strong experience in SCCM and Intune:
- Administration
- Whole Configuration
- Security Packaging
- Building SOE
- Broad Hardware and Software support skills
- Experience supporting MS Office, Windows, Sharepoint, AWS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience migrating SCCM to Intune
- Microsoft Certifications
- Level 2 support experience
