We are seeking an experienced
Aftersales Trainer for an initial 12-month contract
to design, update, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our dealer network. This role is pivotal in ensuring dealer staff have strong knowledge of Kia Australia processes across
Service, Warranty, and Parts
, enhancing brand advocacy and operational efficiency.
About the Role
You will:
Develop and maintain training materials
for After Sales departments, ensuring compliance with Kia standards.
Design and deliver training
both face-to-face and via digital platforms (including e-learning).
Conduct
training needs analysis
and assessments for dealership roles such as Service Advisors, Service Managers, Warranty Administrators, and Parts Managers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update existing training materials in line with Kia standards.
Create new e-learning content for our Learning Management System.
Deliver classroom training regionally across the dealer network.
Ensure all training content meets compliance and brand guidelines.
Support additional training initiatives as directed by the National Training Manager.
What We're Looking For
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Minimum 2 years' experience in training and development.
Automotive industry experience (wholesale or retail) desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of business.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with Articulate 360 desirable.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
First Aid certificate desirable.
