Leadership Opportunity in Store Operations
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our store.
* Mentor, lead and develop a team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational performance.
* Ensure smooth inventory management, stock control, ordering and supplier coordination.
* Deliver consistent high-quality service ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.
* Monitor sales performance, manage costs and drive profitability.
* IDentify training needs, coach staff and ensure they meet operational expectations.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and food safety standards.
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in retail/food service management is required. Minimum one year experience in a managerial role preferably in a fast-paced environment is also required.
