About the Role

This dynamic 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to deliver an outstanding customer experience to major account customers. You will serve as the central administrative and operational point of contact, showcasing your Excel skills to drive reporting, backorder management, data management, and process improvement.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, customer service, eCommerce and other internal teams to streamline operations, exceed customer expectations, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Develop and deliver scheduled and contracted reporting for customers and the sales team. Maintain records of sales trends, manage sales tracking tools, and provide essential insights.
3. Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our customers onto our eCommerce ordering portal.
4. Provide active support to Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development staff by assisting with processes, reporting, and operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
5. Actively identify and drive improvements in administrative and operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce enquiries into our customer service team.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the sales function.

Requirements

* 3+ years admin experience.
* Strong Excel skills (familiar with Pivot tables, V/X Lookups).
* Confident communicator, comfortable challenging and asking questions when appropriate.
* A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* A focus on integrity.
