Our Cafe is open Tuesday - Saturday. Daytime only. No Sunday or Monday work!!!

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day Café operations (including rostering, ordering, budgeting)
- Liaise with the cook to plan daily menus
- Maintain exceptional standards and provide first class customer service
- Presentation, visual merchandising and stock management
- Manage catering orders
- Supervise and train all staff members
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Ensure that café complies with Health and Safety requirements, council requirements, health inspection and kitchen cleanliness requirements etc.
- Liaise with our FWS bakery daily to order bread, pastries, retail products, deli products and seasonal products.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within hospitality.
- Control of budgets and spending experience.
- Experience as a barista is advantageous
- Experience with training, developing and supervising staff.
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
- Must have or be willing to get Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
