Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers on daily operational issues
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to problem solve and resolve issues
* Reconciling invoices and managing escalations with delivery partners and warehousing teams
* Arranging deliveries for VIP B2B customers
* Performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
* Assisting the Customer Care team with escalated issues
* Coordinating stock transfers between warehouses
* Identifying new and improved ways of working to enhance operational efficiency
About You
The company is looking for:
* University degree qualified in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
* Internship or work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain highly regarded
* Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy with ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in volume tasks
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Willingness to challenge and be challenged within a disruptive business model
