Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing bookings and enhancing client satisfaction by effectively managing and optimizing a set of photographer ad accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of photographer ad accounts to maximize bookings for weddings.
* Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with photographers, understanding their needs and business goals.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance; adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to implement effective ad campaigns that align with client objectives.
* Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to both clients and internal teams.
* Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for success.
* CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools to efficiently track interactions and progress with clients.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or marketing. Experience in all three areas is a plus.
* Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and advertising platforms.
* Crm Software: Prior experience utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships and track performance.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data.
