We are currently looking for a First Nations Recruitment Consultant to join our team, who is passionate about hiring First Nations people and creating a more inclusive workplace across all sectors.

In Order To Be Successful, You Will Require:
* To be target driven.
* An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
* Minimum 2 years recruitment or sales experience.
* Solution sales and/or business development experience would be a plus.
* Previous experience in successfully reaching revenue targets and KPI's.
* Passion for Indigenous engagement and committed to building more inclusive workplaces.
* Ambition, sense of self pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities.
* Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.
* Must identify as Indigenous.
Job Details:
* Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
* Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
* Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including; talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
* Only selected candidates will be contacted.
