Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to contribute to the success of our online trading business by providing general administrative support.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling calls and inquiries, and assisting with office logistics, accounting tasks, human resources tasks, and translation/interpretation tasks between English and Mandarin/Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
* Assist with office logistics, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries, direct them to appropriate departments or individuals
* Assist with basic accounting tasks, process invoices, reconcile expenses, and prepare financial reports
* Assist with human resources tasks, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding new employees, and organize company events
* Assist with translation and interpretation tasks between English and Mandarin/Chinese, both written and verbal
Requirements:
* Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese (written and verbal) is essential
* Proven experience in office administration or a related field
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
