Our factory in Armidale is a beauty to see with an amazing selection of buildings under construction at any time. The genius of the manufacturing process is the regulated 'drum beat' that it runs to. A bit like a car factory - each building moves through a production line of work stations. Starting off as a steel chassis and ending up as a completed, ready to occupy building in as little as 21 days.

About The Role
* Manufacture and install custom cabinetry and joinery within our factory environment
* Interpret and work from detailed plans and technical drawings
* Use a variety of hand and power tools to ensure precision and high-quality finishes
* Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production schedules and project standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For
* A qualified Cabinet Maker or someone keen to start/continue an apprenticeship in this trade
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced factory environment
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
