As a yd. Store Manager, you will:
1. Provide an exceptional customer experience to every customer.
2. Lead by example and inspire your team.
3. Coach and develop your team to achieve brand goals.
4. Maintain honesty and candor at all times.
5. Be driven and confident working with KPIs and targets.
6. Maintain outstanding standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
7. Manage time effectively, prioritise, and multi-task.
Skills required:
1. Experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail or customer service.
2. Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow.
3. Ability to identify opportunities and overcome roadblocks.
4. Strong understanding of KPIs, their impact, and coaching methods.
5. Ability to make proactive decisions.
6. Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team.
7. Experience with visual merchandising and store standards.
